Repairing equipment at point of failure is called “reactive maintenance”, unlike planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance is unpredictable and can happen when production demands are high. Reactive maintenance policies can cost large amounts of production down time and drive up emergency maintenance costs.

Our services are designed to preserve and enhance equipment reliability by meticulously planning the replacement worn components before they actually fail, which includes: equipment checks, partial or complete overhauls at specified periods, oil changes, filter changes, lubrication etc.

In addition, our engineers record equipment deterioration so they know to replace or repair worn parts before they cause system failure. PPM is the most cost effective way of extending the lifecycle of existing machinery.
