We also offer prototype testing. We can produce automated cycle testing machinery to extensively test your new product for reliability and repeatability. We have also produced cycle testing machinery for clients who wish to test imported products, as part of their quality control policy.

	At Barair we have the capacity to do small batch components for our customers. We offer milling, turning and grinding services. We also offer CNC machining and specialise in bar fed, CNC turning. We supply to a number of companies that only require periodic batch quantities, enabling them to hold smaller stock levels. We class no job as being too small, we can assist with emergency production requirements and all components are quality controlled throughout the process.








		Components can be made from materials such as:- nylons, acetal, mild steel, stainless steel and tooling steels. We are more than happy for you to supply us with a drawing of the component (or sample component) you are requiring and we would be willing to give you a free quotation.
